Tower Paddle Boards – led by CEO Stephan Aarstol and Mark Cuban – has signed a long term lease agreement and will be taking over the 3,213 square foot retail space with over 55 feet of frontage at 1253 Garnet Ave. next to Barrel Republic.
According to Aarstol, “The retail store is going to be a cutting edge showroom that will showcase Tower Paddle Boards, beach lifestyle products, a shaping room, and house their corporate headquarters.”
Aarstol also has a publication named Tower Magazine, with more than 50,000 subscribers, and was featured on the TV reality show, “Shark Tank!”
The Franco Realty Group represented the landlord and Tower Paddle Boards. Other recent leasing projects by The Franco Realty Group include G3 Kids Gymnastics, The Mad Beet, Escape Room, Mission Bay Dentist, and Freedom Bikes.
