Led by David Cohn of the Cohn Restaurant Group – has acquired the real estate located at 744-748 Ventura Place in Mission Beach for $2.1 million and the business known as The Coaster Saloon for an undisclosed amount, according to brokerage firm The Franco Realty Group.
