Cody Wippel is a licensed California Real Estate Agent who focuses on the disposition, acquisition and leasing of shop-ping centers, office & industrial buildings, restaurants, and mixed-use buildings. Cody joined The Franco Realty Group in 2015 and primarily works the North Park, South Park, City Heights, Hillcrest, Normal Heights and Kensington commercial markets.
Cody is responsible for business development, determining the value of properties, and client correspondence. Cody earned his bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University where he studied Entrepreneurship and Business. On his spare time, Cody enjoys golfing, being by the beach, playing basketball and volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation where he is a “Wish Granter”.
