One of the prime commercial real estate corners in Pacific Beach will have a new tenant called “Freedom Cycles” moving in. The 2,700 square foot commercial space is located on the signalized corner of Garnet Avenue and Fanuel Street. According to Freedom Cycle’s website, they are a wholesaler and retail dealer of bicycles to 17 stores across 4 states nationwide, reaching as far as New Jersey. The tenant signed a new 5 year lease, is expected to open May 1st, and the landlord was represented by Tony Franco, president of The Franco Realty Group – a company specializing in commercial real estate.
