The two-story, 3,900-square-foot commercial building in Pacific Beach at 4666 Cass St., San Diego 92109, has been sold for $1.05 million, cash.
The buyer was Fig Tree Real Estate LLC, 5295 Caminito Vista Lago, San Diego 92130.
The sellers of the property (assessor’s parcel 415-601-13) were Bruce R. Fleisher (one-half interest) and Mark R. Fleisher and Carol A. Fleisher as trustees of the Mark R. Fleisher and Carol A. Fleisher Trust (one-half interest).
Tony Franco of The Franco Realty Group represented the sellers.
The Fleisher family owned and occupied the building since 1953 and ran Fleisher Products, a custom printing shop that has relocated.
Franco Realty has already leased the downstairs space to wellness specialist Simone Ressner and chiropractor Dr. Trent Habstritt, who are opening a wellness center. The 2,000- to 2,400-square-foot second floor is being marketed as creative office space by Franco.
