Tony Franco
Tony Franco is a seasoned San Diego professional with nearly two decades of experience in the realm of commercial real estate, commencing his journey in 2002. Tony currently serves as the President of The Franco Realty Group – a boutique commercial real estate firm in Pacific Beach and was nominated CEO of the Year 2023 by the San Diego Business Journal. He was also nominated Broker of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal in 2023. His illustrious career has seen him orchestrate commercial real estate investment and lease transactions exceeding a remarkable $350,000,000.
Tony spent the first 10 years of his career at a large corporate commercial firm studying the art of negotiating sales of various retail properties throughout the country. During the next 10 years of his career, Tony focused primarily on serving clients that own commercial real estate throughout San Diego County. His expertise encompasses the management, leasing and sales of diverse commercial properties such as apartments, development opportunities, coastal retail buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, and mixed-use properties.
Since the inception of the Franco Realty Group in 2013, Tony holds multiple records for various completed transactions in areas such as Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Point Loma, La Jolla, Morena District, Little Italy, North Park and City Heights. For example, in Pacific Beach along Garnet Avenue, he has sold 18 commercial properties and sold the Christmas Tree lot for the highest price land sqft ever in 92109. Tony helped reshape the retail corridor of Bird Rock / La Jolla by selling The Piano Building (now Paradisaea) and 5575 La Jolla Blvd – one of the largest developments in decades coming soon. In Ocean Beach, he set a record for the largest commercial lease ever signed in 92107 by leasing the Antique Center to Target, while selling Nati’s – one of the largest pieces of land next to the pier. In Mission Beach, Tony has sold the most mixed-use properties along Mission Blvd, broke the record for the highest price per apartment unit ever in San Diego County history through the sale of 3449 Ocean Front Walk, and completed the sale of the Coast Saloon on Ventura Blvd. In Point Loma over the past 10 years, Tony has sold more retail / office properties than any other broker totaling 5 sales for $14,000,000. There is not a part of San Diego County that Tony has not worked in. In Imperial Beach, he has sold 5 commercial transactions including the sale of Fiesta Hall – the old skating rink. In Chula Vista, he has sold various commercial properties including the Vogue Movie Theater. In Little Italy, he sold the wonderful Queenstown Public House. In North Park he has completed dozens of transactions including the sale and lease of the first ever Breakfast Republic. In South Park Tony made the news by leasing out the former Rebecca’s Coffee shop to Buona Forchetta. These various accomplishments firmly establishes him as the go-to professional for commercial real estate needs in the San Diego County area.
Tony Franco’s academic foundation is as impressive as his professional achievements. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from the prestigious University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Additionally, Tony holds Associate of Arts degrees in Social and Behavioral Sciences and an Associate of Science degree in Mathematics, both earned cum laude.
Beyond his professional commitments, Tony’s dedication to his community is evident through his involvement in various civic roles. In 2014, he was nominated by the business owners of Pacific Beach to serve as a Board Member for the Business Improvement District (BID) known as DiscoverPB. Concurrently, he received a nomination from the residents and business owners of Pacific Beach to serve as a Board Member for the Pacific Beach Planning Group. Through his various volunteer work, Tony has learned that a commercial real estate broker must be conscious of their work and ensure that any completed sale or lease must help improve the fabric of the community.
In his leisure time, Tony Franco relishes quality moments with his wife and two sons. His interests are as diverse as his professional portfolio, ranging from coaching soccer, golfing, sailing, scuba diving, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Tony’s passion for life and his multifaceted expertise makes him a standout figure in both the commercial real estate industry and his community.

Jennifer Franco, Esq.
In House Counsel
Jennifer Franco, Esq. is a California and Arizona licensed attorney, and is a licensed California Real Estate Agent. Jennifer is the in-house attorney for The Franco Realty Group. Jennifer is responsible for drafting various legal contracts, client correspondence, and coordinating escrow. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University where she studied Business Marketing, Magna Cum Laude.
Following her undergraduate work, Jennifer earned Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and Western School of Law, Cum Laude. Jennifer is currently an active attorney in both California and Arizona. Prior to joining The Franco Realty Group, Jennifer began her career as an attorney in 2012 with Shinnick & Ryan LLP where she dedicated her time to advancing the rights of homeowners and other consumers.
Mackenzie Hill

Mackenzie Hill is Franco Realty's Marketing Director and administrative assistant. Mackenzie is from Pennsylvania and has recently graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management. When she is not in the office working with the team she enjoys traveling, visiting the east coast, and spending time with her friends out in Pacific Beach

Andon Bart is a dedicated commercial real estate professional specializing in the sale and leasing of retail and office properties in coastal areas throughout Pacific Beach and the greater San Diego area. With a strong focus on client success and market insight, Andon brings a deep understanding of the local commercial landscape and a results-driven approach to every transaction.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Andon combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience, offering clients strategic guidance whether they’re looking to expand their portfolio, launch a new retail concept, or secure the ideal office space. His strong relationships within the community and keen eye for emerging opportunities have made him a trusted partner for landlords, tenants, and investors alike.
Robert Mena
Associate
Robert Mena started his career in commercial real estate in 2022 with Kidder Mathews. He specializes in the sale and leasing of retail and office buildings in the greater San Diego area. Along with facilitating transactions, Robert keeps a close eye on the market in San Diego, and has provided valuation, advisory, and consulting on over $50mm of commercial real estate so far. Robert prides himself on being available at a moment's notice for his clients, you will often see a message above his signatures saying to "please call, text, or email absolutely anytime!".
Outside of the office, Robert enjoys various martial arts and physical activities, including Jiu Jitsu, indoor rock climbing, and calisthenics.
Sarkis Kitsinian

Sarkis Kitsinian has a background in property development and construction. Right after high school, he worked for Marquise Inc. Development for three years, where he noticed the growth in multi-family investment sales. Recently, Sarkis graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and is now our newest associate specializing in multi-family sales. Sarkis strives to find the best deals on the market for all of his clients.

Edrei Mata is a dedicated intern at The Franco Realty Group, where he assists with commercial real estate operations, digital content, and property marketing initiatives. A San Diego native and current student at San Diego State University, Edrei is pursuing a degree in Economics with a minor in Management Information Systems. His focus is on how real estate intersects with community development and economic growth.
At the firm, Edrei contributes to property research, assists in creating marketing materials, and supports content production for social media and podcasts.
